Johnny Ma Studios is a one stop, solutions based film and photographic studio based in Maylands. The 100 sq. metre space incorporates a white cyclorama with black curtains and a flat wall, giving you a variety of options on how to utilize the space.
 
The studio boasts a full kitchen, bathroom, make up area and a vintage inspired couch land for you and your crew to mingle. The studio has attracted past clients such as Sandbox, Marketforce, Wunderman Thompson. The space is available at a discounted rate to encourage emerging film makers and creatives.

Johnny Ma Studios is a versatile space. It's walls have been used to re-create sets to resemble Mars, throw a ton of feathers, glitter everywhere and making a person fly from a winch. 

The essentials are included within the hire price including a simple lighting kit for films or photography. We are a plug and play studio. All you would need to bring is your camera and your crew. We also have a 20ft greenscreen and set building flats for hire.

Johnny Ma has been in the film industry for over 10 years and is an influential presence in Perth's film scene.  He is not only passionate about the film industry, he also strives to encourage others to pursue their creativity. He has worn many hats including; producing, directing, assistant directing, production designing, editing, t.v broadcasting, printing, background extra acting and running film units. 

The studio was born out of love to inspire a new generation of film makers, a space for people to be creative and create content. We want to see you make make magic.
